Help - Moving nodes

From TreeGraph help

Jump to: navigation, search

TreeGraph 2 allows you to move terminal nodes or subtrees up and down. This operation does not influence the topology of the tree but is useful if you want to arrange your taxa in a special way.

To move a subtree (or a terminal node) select the root node of this subtree (or the terminal node) and click on "Move subtree up" or "Move subtree down" in the edit menu. (You could also use the toolbar, the context menu or the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + ↑ or Ctrl + ↓.)
